Cornwall Heritage Awards 2023

At the Cornwall Heritage Awards 2023 Mevagissey Museum won the Small Museums’ Award in the Innovation category with the “All at Sea for the Jubilee” event held in June 2022 in celebration of the Platinum Jubilee.

 

Our Object of the Year entry was the Mevagissey Gobby model boat using recycled materials and this was Highly Commended.

A new award for this year “The Spirit of the Awards” saw us again Highly Commended.
